1. What products do you sell?
We sell gadgets, home and kitchen items, personal care tools, storage products, toys, electronics, bags, and office essentials.
2. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes. We offer free shipping across India to most serviceable pin codes.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier operations.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact support if you need help.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products.
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
7. Is the unboxing video compulsory?
Yes. The unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange approval. Requests without video proof are not accepted.
8. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only for wrong or defective items, subject to stock availability and within the return window.
9. How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or UPI.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
